We had our heat go out and had a service technician come out on a Tuesday and he found the problem but while inspecting the furnace found a hole in the heat exchanger. That afternoon they had an estimator out and quoted the new furnace. I ok'd the new install at 5:30 pm and they were here Wednesday morning at at to install the new furnace. They had to make my crawl space access opening larger to fit the new furnace down there. I was at work and very nervous about the modifications to my floor but when they were all finished it was not too noticable and they did a fantastic job making the modification. I would highly recommend this company needing any sort of heating and air work done.
